AEE Partners with OAK!
AEE is excited to announce that we are now partnering with OAK (Outdoors Alliance for Kids). We will be bringing and contributing our unique experiential education perspective for this important work. OAK is a national strategic partnership of organizations from diverse sectors with the common interest in expanding the number and quality of opportunities for children, youth, and families to connect with the outdoors.

Changes to the AEE Award Scheme!
- The Michael Stratton Practitioner of the Year award and the Outstanding Teacher of the Year award will be collapsed into one award, retaining the name Michael Stratton Practitioner of the Year award, in order to simplify the recognition of our practitioners and extend this award to practitioners "in the trenches."
- The Servant Leader Award will now be given to one recipient each Fall at the annual conference.
- The Distinguished Researcher of the Year will be recognized this Fall for the second year in a row.
Award nominations are currently being sought.
Go to www.aee.org/about/awards to make an electronic nomination.
Please join your peers in recognizing talent and commitment within the experiential education community! All award recipients will be honored at the Annual Conference in Jacksonville, Florida.
