NEW TO ESTORE!

What exactly should students "know and be able to do" and how do we help them to know and do it?

In The Other Side of Curriculum, Lois Brown Easton provides readers with tools and concepts for developing effective learning environments that enhance students’ academic learning and foster their experiential and personal growth. The book presents theoretical background and concrete examples of student-centered curriculum that apply to a multitude of educational settings. Readers will learn from Easton’s descriptions of real-life scenarios where students benefitted from curriculum responsive to their needs.
