California Alpine Club on Mount Tamalpais
Marin County, California The following fee structure is for BOTH members AND non-members attending the gathering. There is no discount for students. If you would like to attend, but this cost presents undue hardship, please contact us - there may be space for Volunteer Service Crew members.If you would like to bring a guest for the evening who will not be attending the gathering (e.g. spouse, children), please contact Hunter Merritt directly at merritt.hunter@yahoo.com or 916-873-6253 to discuss guest costs, and availability of space.
NOTE: All proceeds from this event go to support our regional conference in April! Please attend, and bring some extra cash for a fundraising effort over the weekend!

The Symposium will be held at the Hilton Washington DC North in Gaithersburg, MD. Reservations should be made directly through the hotel by calling 1-301-977-8900. Mention the AEE Research Symposium to ensure the discounted rate of $109 per night. The hotel offers complimentary parking and internet access in the guest rooms.
The 2010 AEE Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference will be held March 19-21, 2010 at NorthBay in North East, Maryland.
Registration fees include on-site lodging and 4 meals (dinner Friday - breakfast Sunday)
The early-bird deadline is Feb 28, 2010; fees will increase by approx 10% after this date.
The Mid-South Regional Conference will be held March 25 - 27, 2010 in Memphis TN.
Registration does not include lodging.
Conference fees do include all meals from Friday Breakfast through Sunday Brunch and a conference t-shirt.

The 3rd AEE TAPG Adventure Therapy Best Practices Conference will be held May 14-16, 2010 at Camp Mary Orton outside of Columbus Ohio. more information
