Paul Limoges |

| Paul Limoges is our Chief Executive Officer. Paul comes to the association with a wealth of firsthand EE knowledge gained while serving as Global Education Manager and Heifer Ranch Director for Heifer International. He worked with Up With People managing global and experiential education programs worldwide. He also developed programs, managed exhibits and volunteers with the interactive museum about the world called Exploris. Paul also served on the board of the National Society of Experiential Education. Originally from Canada's Montreal area, in a small town called Ste-Anne-des-Plaines in the province of Quebec, Paul worked in the food industry with his dad and twin brother. He also completed degrees in Education and Psychology with a Masters in Human Relations Psychology from Sherbrooke University. He currently resides in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, with his wife and three kids. He enjoys playing hockey, travelling and staying active by working out. |

Michele Grainger |
| Michele Grainger joined AEE in March 2007 as our Finance Manager. Michele came to AEE with over 12 years of accounting and finance experience. She relocated to Boulder with her husband, Shane and dog, Maxine in 2006. Michele enjoys spending time with Shane and Maxine, cooking, hiking, reading, crossword puzzles, singing and writing poetry and music. | |

Shawn Tierney |

| Shawn’s initial exposure to the field of experiential education came in the 80s when he was a student at Unity College in Maine. Upon graduating from Unity with a B.S. degree in Outdoor Recreation he worked as an instructor for Outward Bound in California, Oregon, and Washington. Shawn’s long history with Outward Bound over the years has included working as a course director, program director, and group programs sales manager. After a brief stint managing the land-based outdoor programs at the University of California at Berkeley in the mid 90s he moved to Boulder, CO and spent 3 years working as a professional mountain guide with the Colorado Mountain School guiding rock, ice, and mountaineering courses as well as leading international climbing expeditions. More recently he worked as the access and land acquisitions director at the Access Fund, a climbing advocacy and conservation organization based in Boulder, and a Hurricane Katrina relief worker on the Gulf Coast. A few of Shawn’s passions include: experiential education (duh!), climbing, permaculture, music, and videography/film. |

Kirsten Kindt |

| Kirsten’s career has spanned from teaching secondary science to over ten years of marketing for software companies and nonprofits. Her Bachelor’s (Biology) and Master’s Degrees (MBA Marketing) were earned from the University of Colorado at Boulder. Kirsten has spent the better part of her life pursuing passions in the great outdoors, most often right here in Colorado. She has climbed all of Colorado’s 14ers, XC skied all huts in the San Juan and Elk Mountains, summited big mountains in Nepal, and has over twenty years of competitive running to her credit. In addition to being a mom, she is an active member of the Colorado Mountain Club, the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, and the Boulder Road Runners. | |

Anaya Drew |

| Anaya was born and raised in Seattle, Washington and as a kid, spent many weekends camping along the Olympic Peninsula and Lake Chelan. She attended the University of Wisconsin – Madison, and graduated with a degree in Geography and Environmental Studies. After graduating, she moved back west in search of mountains. Anaya joined the AEE team in April 2008 as the administrative assistant. Anaya enjoys trail running, hiking, camping, mountain biking, snowshoeing, snowboarding, rowing, soccer and travelling the world. | |
