Hello Northeast Region AEE Members!

The 2008 Conference Committee and Rick Curtis have made it possible for you to submit your proposals on line through outdoored.com (thank you Rick!).  Proposals are due November 30.  Look for new items on the call for proposals - we look forward to reviewing YOUR proposal!

To download the conference proposal from the outdoored.com website:

1.  Go to outdoored.com

2.  Click on “Outdoor Ed Community.”

3.  Sign in.  If you have not joined, click the “Join” button.  You must have an account with outdoored.com to upload your proposal onto the site.  Rick will not use your information for anything else.

4.  Click on “Downloads.”

5.  On the right side of the screen, click on “AEE NE Conference.”

6.  Click the “Accept” button.

7.  Download the Call for Proposals by clicking the “Download” button. 

8.  Fill out the proposal and save it to your computer in a word format.

To upload the finished proposal onto the outdoored.com website:

1.  Follow steps 1-3 from above.

2.  On the right side of the screen,  click on “AEE NE Proposals”

3.  Click on the “upload” button that is on the left side of the page.

4.  Click on “Specify File/URL” and put in your word document from #8 above. 

5.  Where it asks you to pick a name, please enter your workshop title.

6.  Click the “SAVE” button.

7.  You can check to make sure your proposal was uploaded by looking at the AEE NE Proposal page. 

8.  Other people can see the name of your workshop, but no one will be able to download the proposals except the conference committee and proposal reviewers.
