AEE Conference Scholarships

We remain committed to providing as much assistance as we can to keep registration fees from being a barrier to conference attendance. AEE offers scholarships to those who need financial support to attend the annual conference.

The scholarship application is due by July 1, 2024. All applicants will be notified of their status by July 19, 2024. Any applicant who does not receive a scholarship will be able to register at the early bird rate. Please do not register for the conference until after you have heard from the scholarship committee. Refunds will not be given.

Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, membership status, contributions to the field, and potential to give back to the field. Scholarships are funded by the donations AEE receives into the scholarship fund annually and therefore, may not cover the complete cost of registration. Scholarships are only for registration as we can not fund travel, food or lodging.
