*$100 discount off sponsorship packages for AEE organizational members or accredited organizations which should be reflected in the below options if logged into your membership account.

Vendor Table: $150 - Gives access to sell your own merchandise on site. Your organization will need to coordinate that process on your own. WIFI is readily available on site. 

Exhibitor Table: $100

Brochure Insert: $50 - seeking approximately 200 color inserts, flyers, stickers to distribute to all attendees with conference brochure if received by Feb 7, 2020

Welcome Bag Items: seeking approximately 200 items - e.g. discount cards, granola bars, pens, notepads - donor benefits from vendor table plus full page brochure ad if donated by Jan, 3, 2020 

Silent Auction Items: seeking items to raise funds for conference sponsorships - e.g. backpacks, socks, books, memberships, registrations, clothing - donor benefits from banner page brochure ad if donated by Jan 3, 2020
