In this webinar, participants will explore the integration of the Unified Protocol (UP) with outdoor therapy to address trauma recovery in a transdiagnostic framework. Participants will apply the UP principles in a holistic, nature-based context and cover tools for assessing trauma symptoms, tracking emotional regulation, and fostering resilience using outdoor therapy. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped with practical strategies for enhancing trauma recovery in diverse settings and be ready to incorporate nature-based interventions into their own therapeutic practices.
