AEE Conference Scholarships

We remain committed to providing as much assistance as we can to keep registration fees from being a barrier to conference attendance. AEE offers scholarships to those who need financial support to attend the annual conference.

Scholarships are awarded based on financial need, membership status, contributions to the field, and potential to give back to the field. Scholarships are funded by the donations AEE receives into the scholarship fund annually and therefore, may not cover the complete cost of registration. Scholarships are only for registration as we can not fund travel, food or lodging.

Did you know? In 2023, over 20 conference scholarships were awarded. You can help send future attendees to the conference by participating in the silent auction or donating here.

Scholarship applications are accepted here between May - July 2024

Applicants will be notified of their scholarship award in August 2024.
