Your Exhibit Table Includes:

• Single 8' exhibit table (approximately 10 ft x 10 ft)
• 2 chairs
• Complimentary wifi
• Organization logo in the Conference Program
• Included in listing of exhibitors on the conference website
• One all-access conference registration. Any additional booth staff not included in my exhibit table/sponsor tier must register for the conference as attendees.
• Table includes access to power, but please bring an extension cord Floor outlets may not be within immediate reach!
• Pipe & Drape NOT included. Please bring free-standing or table top decor only. Please bring your own table cloth.
• Please address all shipments as follows: “AEE Conference Exhibitor” 2515 Tunnel Road, Estes Park, CO 80511
• Load-In Map
• Cancellations must be sent in writing to sherry@aee.org Cancellations received after August 1, 2026, are not eligible for a refund and will be responsible for the full fees.

You’ll be centrally located behind the main registration area.

The silent auction and various events will be hosted in the exhibit hall, and Snacks will be served inside as well!
