We are offering a discounted nightly rate of $82 plus tax for participants of the Association for Experiential Education Mid-South Regional Conference. All of our units are 2-Bedroom with queen beds, living room, kitchen, dining area, and wi-fi and cable television.
When you are generating your Reservation Request, be sure to mention the AEE Conference in the Group field. After we receive the Request, we will send you a Reservation Offer requiring that you contact us with 1 night’s payment for the advance deposit that guarantees your reservation. After payment, we will send you a Reservation Confirmation. Please let us know if you will have a roommate requiring a rate-split and an additional folio for billing and a receipt.
Our hours of operation are M – F, 8am to 5pm, and S & S, 10am to 4pm. If you anticipate checking-in outside of these hours, inform us so that we can arrange for a late arrival.
