In this 90-minute session you'll learn everything you want to know about facilitating interactive and engaging workshops using Zoom. We'll explore how to use functionalities like breakout rooms, chat, annotation as intended, to how to hack the rename feature, cameras on/off, and whiteboards to make them do things you never thought possible. Led by long-time facilitation geek Meg Bolger, this session will be an interactive deep dive into how to make Zoom work for you and how to translate all your in-person facilitation know-how to the digital platform. Whether you're a Zoom expert or newbie, we'll have plenty of time for questions and everyone will leave with a wealth of new ways to engage your participants in your sessions.

About Meg:
Meg Bolger is a professional facilitation geek, social justice educator, and steers the ship at Facilitator Cards. When the pandemic hit Meg spent the next year deeply immersed in the world of virtual facilitation, learning all she could about Zoom and figuring out how to translate a decade of in-person knowledge to online platforms. Meg's lead monthly Brain Jams for the Facilitator Cards community exploring tips and tools for online facilitators and after 18 months of virtual facilitation, Meg has a new love for the platform and is excited to share all she's learned with her much beloved AEE community.
