2026 Southeast Sponsorship

Help support the Southeast Regional Conference by becoming a sponsor!  

As a 2026 AEE Southeast Conference Sponsor, your organization gains exposure to the influential, diverse community of Experiential Educators, Practitioners, Researchers, Students, and more. Partnering demonstrates your alignment with AEE’s goals: to connect people in the field of EE, to grow their skills and resources, and to expand the global capacity for experiential education and learning.

Sponsorship amounts (all levels receive the same benefits, please pay-what-you-can to support the conference): $150 (minimum sponsorship amount), $300, $500, Other Amount +

Sponsorship includes your logo in the program, shout outs on social media, and the base registration fee for one attendee (does not include lodging). 

Will you be attending the conference? If so, please make sure you register by March 14: https://www.aee.org/events/2026southeast-regional-conference. Sponsorship includes the base fee (facility use fee and 5 meals but not lodging) and a table to display your company's information during the conference.
